Journal Entry-- June 16, 2008

Today I recieved a strange envelope which held a letter that left me a quest to complete.

It also had an incomplete map to the fabled Temple of Heavenly Skies. On the map as far as I have been able to decipher in my few moments reading the old map I have found several of the waypoints names including the Thundering Falls and the Gate of the Gong Lord. On the back of the map are warnings to stay on the path as well as others.

The letter displayed below was the one included in the envelope.

The Disney Raider,

I understand your prowess with recovering and collecting antiquities from ancient. Times as the government may say “Master of the Occult”. I have a quest I believe that you will be interested in.

Enclosed is a manuscript with the ancient Mara Glyphs that Dr. Jones discovered back in the 1935 during his excavation of the Temple of the Forbidden Eye. We believe that Mara’s temple in Cambodia may be linked with the legendary Temple of Heavenly Skies.

Although we cannot translate the text on the manuscript we were hoping you could. We could tell from the images on both sides of the manuscript however that depict three of the sacred “passes” and the opposite side is an image of the upper tiers of the temple.

Also included is a map to the temple after you have collected all of the passes during your time.

As you may or may not know the area where the Temple of Heavenly Skies is located is fabled to be in some un-surveyed part of Reedy Creek Improvement District is Central Florida. This area is also known as the Walt Disney World Resort.

We have realized that this is a perilous mission and you may choose not to accept it. However if you do we will give you the equipment and means to complete the quest. We also realize that you have quite the knowledge of the Walt Disney World Resort so navigating the area should be easy for you.

Take the maps and make your way to Florida to begin your journey. Oh and one more thing Good Luck.

Also included was another manuscript with several redundant warnings on both the back and front. On the back of both the manuscript and map images of the foretold passes appear.
